Keep research, requirements and priorities connected

Byblos AI helps product managers build a shared product definition from research through requirements and roadmap decisions. Work with structured artifacts that carry earlier context forward, review assumptions with stakeholders and distinguish product intent from technical implementation. Use the project workspace to keep supporting documents and conversations close to those decisions.

Product Manager starts on Free; deeper iteration and planning depend on the project plan.

From research to a reviewed PRD

  1. Step 1

    Establish the research context

Capture the problem and audience, then review market analysis, competitive context, the Lean Canvas and personas.

  2. Step 2

    Turn findings into scope

Use the Solution Plan to discuss features, priorities, user flows and open questions before developing detailed requirements.

  3. Step 3

    Review the handoff

Develop a product requirements document and phased roadmap. Bring supporting files and invited collaborators into the review conversation.

What you work with

Cited research

Market analysis and competitor research with their sources, personas and a Lean Canvas, ready for a stakeholder review.

A PRD with acceptance criteria

MVP and post-MVP requirements, user journeys, Given/When/Then acceptance criteria and success measures, owned by product.

A phased roadmap

On paid plans: phases, modules and features with the dependencies between them, so delivery talks start from one plan.

Questions product managers ask

Is the requirements document a technical specification?

The product requirements document is product-owned. It defines the problem, users, behavior, scope and decision gates rather than prescribing API contracts, database schemas or infrastructure. Co-CTO provides technical guidance in private beta. Keep implementation choices with the engineering team and make unresolved product questions explicit before handoff.

Can I use my own customer research?

Yes. In the validation phase you record real interview answers and survey responses, and Product Manager analyses them into themes and a UX report; Files keeps transcripts and other supporting material beside the project. Generated personas and market analysis are a starting point, and the evidence you record is what validates them.

How does it fit with our engineering team?

Byblos AI Product Manager drafts the product definition: problem, users, scope, journeys and success measures. Engineers can read the same PRD and roadmap through Co-CTO, in private beta, or through a coding assistant connected with the Byblos AI MCP connector, so technical choices stay with the people building and the product intent stays in one place.
