Architecture decisions
Choices and trade-offs recorded against the product they serve, so the reasoning outlives the conversation.
Byblos AI Co-CTO turns your approved PRD and roadmap into a build plan, in private beta. For a founder without a CTO, it records architecture decisions and quality gates, opens GitHub issues for a developer, a contractor or a coding agent, and gives review guidance on the pull requests that come back. They write the code; you decide what ships.
Private beta, included in the Grow and Byblos AI Pro betas, which both open by request: you request access, an administrator approves, then you check out.
Grow covers 1 project; Byblos AI Pro covers 3 and is requested the same way.

Step 1
Co-CTO imports the Product Manager roadmap as delivery modules and reads the PRD, personas and research as context, so technical planning starts from approved product decisions.
Step 2
Record architecture decisions and quality gates, break modules into work, and open GitHub issues in your connected repository for a developer or an AI coding agent.
Step 3
Browse pull requests and their diffs, get review guidance, and track each quality gate with its evidence before you release.
The build path from Product Manager to reviewed pull requests
Product Manager produces an approved PRD and roadmap, Co-CTO in private beta records decisions and opens GitHub issues, developers or coding agents pick up the issues, and Co-CTO reviews the pull requests that come back.
Choices and trade-offs recorded against the product they serve, so the reasoning outlives the conversation.
Work opened in your connected repository, ready to assign to a person or a coding agent.
Named gates with criteria and evidence, so a release decision is visible to the whole team.
No. Co-CTO plans and reviews the build; it does not write your product’s code. It opens GitHub issues that a developer, a no-code tool or a coding agent such as Claude Code picks up, and agents connected through the Byblos AI MCP connector read the same PRD and roadmap. Your team decides what ships.
Bring a clear product definition, preferably the Product Manager product requirements document and roadmap. These give technical planning a shared reference for scope, users and priorities. The private beta is most useful when the team can distinguish approved requirements from assumptions that still need investigation.
Yes. Co-CTO works with your existing repository or with the Production Foundation, a separate one-time purchase of $5,900 sold by request: three repositories, a strict TypeScript Next.js web app, Pulumi infrastructure as code for AWS and an optional FastAPI backend, delivered to your GitHub. Includes 3 months of Byblos AI Pro.
