Give your founders a clear path from idea to launch

Byblos AI helps accelerators and incubators guide founders from an idea to a defined product, a coherent brand and launch preparation. First-time and nontechnical founders get clear steps, dependencies and review points. We can add customised checks and support around the topics and concepts your programme covers.

Help founders know what to do next, and why

A promising idea still needs clear decisions: who it serves, what problem it solves, what to build first and how to explain it. Give your founders a shared structure for making those decisions, capturing their work and preparing to launch with stronger foundations.

The founder journey, with a purpose at every step

Each founder works in their own project with Product Manager, Brand Manager and Campaign Manager. Earlier decisions give later work its context, so founders can see what they are working towards and which foundations they need next.

  1. Step 1

    Clarify the idea

Start with a guided kickoff interview to put the problem, audience, goals and constraints into words. Founders have a clear starting point, even if they have never written a product brief.

    You leave with
A structured brief of the idea and the problem it aims to solve.
    What it informs
The brief gives market and customer research its focus.
  2. Step 2

    Research the opportunity

Review market and competitor research, personas and a business-model outline with Product Manager. Bring the evidence together and make the assumptions behind the idea explicit.

    You leave with
Research, personas and a Lean Canvas to review and refine.
    What it informs
Research helps founders choose which assumptions matter most.
  3. Step 3

    Test important assumptions

Prepare interview scripts and surveys, then have founders carry out research with real people. Review the findings and use them to improve the idea and identify what is still uncertain.

    You leave with
An assumptions list, research materials and findings from founder-led validation.
    What it informs
The findings help refine the proposed solution and its priorities.
  4. Step 4

    Define the product

Turn the proposed solution into a Solution Plan, a product requirements document (PRD) and a prioritised roadmap. Give a developer, no-code builder or coding agent a clearer brief for implementation.

    You leave with
A product definition, requirements and a roadmap for the build.
    What it informs
The PRD and roadmap build on the Solution Plan; the founder reviews scope before implementation.
  5. Step 5

    Build a coherent brand

Develop positioning, personality, voice and visual identity with Brand Manager. Keep the brand connected to the audience and product, with guidelines founders can use consistently.

    You leave with
Brand foundations and guidelines for communicating the startup.
    What it informs
Approved personality, logo and colours give Campaign Manager its starting point.
  6. Step 6

    Prepare to launch and grow

Use the approved brand and shared project context to prepare campaign drafts and launch content. Founders review the message and creative work, then approve what is ready to publish.

    You leave with
Campaign drafts and content ready for founder review and publishing preparation.
    What it informs
Published work and audience feedback inform the next round of improvements.

From product foundations to a brand and launch preparation

Research and founder-led validation inform the Solution Plan; the PRD and roadmap build on that plan. Brand work can run alongside product work, and Campaign Manager uses approved personality, logo and colours to prepare drafts for founder review.

A guided sequence with room to iterate: product and brand work can overlap, and founders can revisit earlier decisions. Validation informs the solution; it is not a mandatory gate for every product draft. We agree the relevant plan access and support with your programme.

Stronger foundations for founders and your programme

Founders leave with usable work

An organised product definition, a prioritised roadmap, brand guidelines and launch materials, kept together in the founder’s project. Decisions become a clearer brief for the people building and launching the startup.

A common structure for your cohort

Give founders a shared way to organise their work and prepare for programme sessions. They can choose which outputs to share with mentors, so conversations can build on concrete materials.

Cohort context for your team

Programme staff follow aggregate cohort context, including enrolment and plan status. Founders consent before joining; enrolment does not give programme staff access to their documents or chats.

Shaped around your programme

Your programme’s expertise, built into the support

Keep a clear core process while addressing what makes your programme different. We can add customised checks and support around your sector, programme topics and key concepts. Together, we agree what founders should cover, which outputs matter and where additional support will help.

Examples we can discuss

  • Checks around your sector

Review whether the assumptions and product brief address the sector-specific questions your programme wants founders to explore.

  • Your topics and concepts

Add checks around the themes you teach, so founders connect programme sessions to the work they produce.

  • Preparation for key sessions

Agree additional reviews and support to help founders prepare useful materials for mentor sessions or launch discussions.

These are examples to discuss with us. The checks, delivery format, reviewer responsibilities and included support are agreed for your programme.

What happens after you contact us

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about your programme

Share your programme focus, cohort size, start date and what your founders need most. Tell us which topics, concepts or checks you would like to include.

  2. Step 2

    Agree the process and support

Together, we agree the founder journey, additional checks, support scope and commercial arrangement, including any discount or sponsored plan for your cohort.

  3. Step 3

    Bring your founders on board

We set up your cohort and join link. Each founder signs in, chooses their own project and gives consent before enrolling. Your team can then follow the agreed cohort context.

How a programme brings its cohort to Byblos AI

Your programme agrees terms with us, shares a cohort join link, each founder consents and enrols a project, Byblos AI agents guide each founder in that project, and programme staff follow aggregate cohort context.

Questions programmes ask

Is this suitable for first-time and nontechnical founders?

Yes. The process starts with the problem, audience and goals, then helps founders organise research, product decisions, brand work and launch preparation. Product Manager explains the work through a guided conversation. Founders review the outputs and can use the product brief and roadmap to work with developers, no-code builders or coding agents.

Can this fit our existing programme or curriculum?

Yes. We can agree how the core founder journey fits your existing sessions, sector and programme goals. We can add customised checks and support around the topics and concepts you cover. Contact us to discuss the outputs you want founders to prepare and where additional support would be useful.

What do founders produce along the way?

Founders work towards research and personas, a Solution Plan, a product requirements document, a prioritised roadmap, brand guidelines and campaign drafts. These give the people building and launching the startup concrete materials to work from. The relevant plan access and support are agreed with your programme, and founders review and refine their outputs.

How are customised checks and support agreed?

Tell us about your sector, programme topics and the concepts you want founders to apply. Together, we agree the checks, expected outputs, delivery format, reviewer responsibilities and support included in your arrangement. Examples could include a sector-specific assumption review or preparation for a mentor session; the scope is agreed with you.

Who builds the software?

Your founders work with developers, no-code builders or coding agents to implement the product. Byblos AI helps them define what to build and prepare the brand and launch work. For technical teams that need an engineering starting point, the Production Foundation is optional, with its own licence and separately agreed terms.

Do programme staff see founders’ documents or chats?

Enrolling does not add programme staff to a founder’s project or give them access to its documents and chats. Founders consent to the cohort context your team sees, such as enrolment and plan status, before joining. Founders can choose which materials to share with mentors. We confirm the visibility and participation terms with your programme.

How do founders join a cohort?

We set up your cohort and join link after agreeing the programme arrangement. Each founder signs in or signs up, chooses a project they own or administer, or creates one, enters the startup name your team will see and gives explicit consent. Any discount or sponsored plan follows your programme’s terms, and withdrawal is available on request.

What does a programme cost, and how do we start?

Contact us at [email protected] with your programme focus, cohort size, start date and support needs. There is no public programme price: we agree the process, included support and any cohort benefit with you. The Production Foundation is optional and arranged separately. Founders outside a programme can start on the Free plan with no credit card.
