How will I know someone has messaged me?
Byblos AI Inbox raises one notification per conversation in the notification bell, not one per message, and can email you at the same moment if Inbox Emails is on in your account settings. The email never includes the message text, only who wrote and a link to the thread. Unread threads also show a count and sort to the top.
Can an invited expert join a conversation?
An expert who has been invited into your shared project can participate according to their access. Inbox is scoped to people on shared projects, so it does not create unrestricted messaging with every expert on the platform. Invite the right person to the relevant project and manage their role deliberately.
Can I message someone outside my project?
No. Every Byblos AI Inbox participant must be a member of the conversation’s project, so you can message only people you share a project with. To bring in a contractor or an expert, add them to the project first; customer support is a separate channel, reached from Customer Support in the app.
